Our Catering Company's Story
Executive Cuisine was founded in 1991 by Molly and Tom Sprong. With over 40 years of combined experience in corporate aviation and culinary fields, their primary goal was to offer outstanding in-flight catering at a reasonable price. Within a short time our reputation of excellence and versatility spread. We cater to such clients as American Express, Bombardier Aerospace, and United Technologies as well as many others. It was only a matter of time before Executive Cuisine was invited into the homes of many of our high flying clients.
It was first in 1995 that we began offering event catering for dinner parties, weddings, and corporate events. With the increased number of orders and clients, we were out-growing our original location. In 2000, an old victorian home in the center of New Milford, CT was purchased. From here, we could focus on providing the best service and event catering to all of our clients. After extensive restoration and renovations, this building became the home of our premier carry out location. Elm Street Gourmet was opened to the public in the fall of 2002.
Since then, Executive Cuisine has been able to use our location on Elm Street in New Milford, CT to offer our sophisticated entrees, sides and desserts, directly to our community. Today, our company is proud to provide both quality event catering and delicious carry-out services throughout the tri-state area.
