How to Cater to Everyone’s Pallets

When catering an event, the host’s primary goal is to make sure that all the guest’s needs are met. There is nothing worse for a guest than leaving a well catered party hungry because the food did not live up to their expectations. Here are a few menu options we recommend for allergies, vegans/vegetarians, and particular eaters.
Deciding on a menu option for someone with fish allergies is easy! Seafood only accounts for a section of our menu. Here are some other delicious entrees to consider:

These guests can be a bit tricky to find something that will please them, but our chefs will surely find a way to make them happy. You may want to ask your particular eater what types of meals they typically enjoy. If this is not an option, consider more basic food items that do not have complex tastes or textures. Here are a few menu options we recommend for someone who enjoys the simple foods in life:
• Traditional Coq Au Vin
• Shepherd’s Pie or Classic Beef Pot Pies
• Assorted Pastas with Marina Sauce – Penne, Spaghetti, Fettuccine, Tagliatelle, Angel Hair, Farfalle, etc.
